Here at The Brightspace, we believe it's high time the adults get in on the action and get to pursue their passion for creativity, too. It lights us up to host workshops and art classes designed exclusively for creative (or creative-curious) grown-ups like you.
From channelling your inner Monet to moulding clay like a pro, our popular art workshops are here to make your free time an adventure of creativity and camaraderie. (Or should we say brushes and banter?)

- Classes and workshops in a variety of mediums: From painting and illustration to comic strips, sculpture and clay, we’ve something for every palette palate.
- Taught by experienced artists: Every art teacher at The Brightspace is a professional artist, and some have even exhibited their work around the world! We think that’s a pretty big draw.
- Tech tools make learning new techniques easier: We display a digital real-time reflection on the big screen, so you can clearly see your “teacher” creating artwork. This makes learning the techniques easier for all attendees.
- Suitable for all levels and experience. Even if you don’t consider yourself “artistically talented” you’re welcome here! The Brightspace is an encouraging environment where creativity and “having a go” is prioritised, and judgement is low. Grab a friend or come solo—either way, you're in for an unforgettable experience, in a relaxed, fun space.
- Freedom to BYOB so you can ‘Sip and Paint’. Bring your own wine/beer/drinks to enjoy during your art class—we’ll provide the ice buckets & glassware along with all the art supplies. Just arrive with your drink of choice! Othersie, we have water, tea and coffee available onsite at no extra charge.
- Daytime and evening workshops. So you can skip the pub and head straight to the easel after work, or trade the gym for the craft table and get creative while your kids are in school! Come unleash your inner artist with us at the easel.
- Adult only: We provide a space where you can explore your creative side without little ones around. This time, the spotlight is on YOU! If you want to involve your kids, too? That’s all good! We have separate art classes for children AND family-friendly creative events.
